General Shipping Information:
Orders are normally filled within 24 hours unless orders are received after Friday at 10am PST. If ordered after Friday 10am until the next business day, the order will be processed on the next working day. Orders are usually shipped immediately but this depends on inventory on hand and Konad USA stock of items.
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped First Class via United States Postal Service when utlizing the free shipping method unless another shipping method is selected or a specific shipping method is purchased.
If you select a shipping method that is NOT trackable, your order WILL NOT BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE if it does not arrive. You must choose a trackable shipping method OR PURCHASE THE $5 PACKAGE DELIVERY INSURANCE for guaranteed delivery due to the high volume of reportedly lost or stolen items in foreign countries. All U.S. methods of shipping are trackable. All Customers - Worldwide:
Orders are no longer shipped free via USPS First Class Mail, there is a $10 charge unless your Canadian order meets a $20 minimum or your non-USA/Canada order meets a $30 minimum. This is not a trackable shipping method outside of the USA, therefore non-USA customers will not receive a tracking number. Priority and express shipping are available for an additional cost, but at a discounted rate - please contact us for information. Only Express Trackable Shipping provides a tracking number for non-USA orders.
International Orders:
DO NOT ASK US TO MARK YOUR PACKAGE AS A GIFT OR TO DECLARE THE VALUE AT A LOWER DOLLAR VALUE. YOUR COMMENTS ARE PRINTED ON THE PACKING SLIP AND IF OPENED, CUSTOMS OFFICIALS WILL SEE YOUR REQUEST.
